Rachel Gilbert offers a seamless return process for items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. We strive to ensure your designer pieces provide the perfect fit and silhouette for your special occasion.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original designer tags and security ribbons attached into the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your parcel to the designated courier location and retain your receipt to monitor the progress of your return to our boutique warehouse.
